Samuel Hughes

<p>Samuel Hughes is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Policy Studies, having previously been Head of Housing between October 2022 and March 2025.  He is an editor at Works in Progress and a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. Nick King

Dr Madeleine Armstrong

<p>Madeleine Armstrong is a Researcher at the Centre for Policy Studies with a particular interest in family policy. She holds a PhD in History from Cambridge University, focusing on the political thought of Edmund Burke.
