Neil O’Brien was born in Huddersfield and has been MP for Harborough, Oadby and Wigston since 2017. He was a special advisor to George Osborne as Chancellor and Theresa May as Prime Minister, and an economic advisor to Boris Johnson. He was Minister for Levelling Up 2021-22 and Minister for Primary Care 2022-23.
