Malcolm Offord (The Lord Offord of Garvel CVO) is the Shadow Minister for Energy Security and Net Zero in the House of Lords. He was appointed Under-Secretary of State for Scotland in HM Government in 2021 and was made a life peer. In 2023, he was appointed Exports Minister in the Department for Business and Trade. Prior to politics, he enjoyed a 25-year career in the City of London in private equity.
