Gerard was the Business Researcher at the Centre for Policy Studies until June 2023, having previously worked for a public relations firm in the City where he specialised in financial, corporate and crisis communications.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Theology and the Philosophy of Religion from the University of Cambridge, and a masters in International Public Policy from University College London.
