Emma Revell

External Affairs Director

Emma Revell is External Affairs Director at the Centre for Policy Studies.

Emma started her Westminster at the CPS back in 2017 in a junior communications role before moving to the Institute of Economic Affairs where she rose to become Head of Public Affairs. Having spent a year working at a trade body, she returned to think tanks to lead on the CPS’ public affairs engagement, communications, and external events.

Her role includes steering the CPS’ Thatcher Fellowship Programme, designed to bring mid-career business leaders into the policy world and bridge the gap between private enterprise and politics, organising the annual Margaret Thatcher Conference and leading on the CPS’ extensive presence at Conservative Party conference.

Emma regularly appears on media as a spokesperson for the CPS and can often be seen on some of the UK’s biggest political discussion shows, as well as having written for several major British newspapers. She also organises the CPS’ Thatcher Fellowship Programme.
