Andrew Lewer, MP for Northampton South and a member of the Education Select Committee, has written for ConservativeHome following publication of his paper ‘Choices for Children’ by the Centre for Policy Studies earlier this week.
In the piece, Andrew outlines three proposed changes targeting three groups of children least likely to experience positive educational outcomes: ‘looked-after children’, children from poorer backgrounds, and those in ‘inadequate’ schools.
