Following ONS publication of the updated immigration figures in which previous CPS predictions had been vindicated, CPS Director, Robert Colvile used his Sunday Times column to highlight the impact this would have on housing. This was followed by the release of a CPS report from Karl Williams providing data that showed 500,000 homes a year need to built.
