The battle for Britain's future requires some ideological firepower

Christian May, Editor of City A.M., writes his weekly column on the rise of the Centre for Policy Studies and tonight’s Keith Joseph Memorial Lecture which will be delivered by Allister Health, his predecessor as City A.M. editor and current editor of the Sunday Telegraph.

May highlights the vital role played by the CPS in bringing about the acceptance of free market ideology during the Thatcher government and praises the CPS’s current role as providing the “ideological artillery” in the battle to develop a post-Brexit agenda for the Conservative Party.
