Britain needs reminding of China’s challenges and opportunities

Margaret Thatcher recognised that China was “a country with which Britain could – and must – do business” and the Centre for Policy Studies, which she co-founded, shares that belief, writes Robert Colvile, CPS Director.

Writing ahead of the Centre for Policy Studies flagship Margaret Thatcher Conference on China and Britain, Robert Colvile outlines the reason behind the conference, namely that the relationshio between China and Britain will be “a crucial component of our post-Brexit future”.
