The CPS publication “NICs: The End Should Be Nigh” by Michael Johnson was quoted in a Daily Express article on pensions.
“In a report last year the Centre for Policy Studies argued that the Government could side-step this problem by simply making entitlement residency based.
The introduction of a new State Pension next April could be an ideal chance to do this, said the think thank.”
