Head of Economic Research Adam Memon appeared on LBC Radio on Tuesday 15 April arguing that the international development budget should have a greater focus on outcomes such as the number of children vaccinated. He said that whilst we should be proud of the generosity of the British people, spending money is not in itself a success.
