Social and economic problems are complex things, but there’s always an easy target when times get tough – blame it on the rich!
But are the wealthy really making a buck at the expense of the rest of us, or are they unfairly maligned? And how should politicians deal with the politics of class – with ever higher taxation and redistribution, or by making the rich feel welcome, so they pay their taxes here in the UK?
