2023 Sir Keith Joseph Memorial Lecture

The Centre for Policy Studies is delighted to welcome Professor Niall Ferguson for the 2023 Sir Keith Joseph Memorial Lecture. Niall is a trustee at the CPS and served for 12 years as the Laurence A. Tisch Professor of History at Harvard University, where he is a senior fellow at the Belfer Centre for Science and International Affairs. He simultaneously serves as the Milbank Family Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution.
This year’s lecture marks the start of the CPS’ 50th anniversary celebrations. Niall will be reflecting on the political and economic shifts of the last five decades, the CPS’ role in bringing about change, and looking ahead to the future.
The Sir Keith Joseph Memorial Lecture is hosted by the Centre for Policy Studies to celebrate the memory of its co-founder, the Rt Hon Sir Keith Joseph. Previous Sir Keith Joseph Memorial Lectures were delivered by the Baroness Thatcher, Sir Graham Brady MP, Hon John Howard, the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, Lord Ridley, among others.
