Adapting regulation to a changing environment is no easy task, especially following a pandemic that has had such a devastating impact globally. Recovering from the virus will be a long process, but financial regulation can be a helpful tool in order to ensure our rules aRE fit for the future. To build back better, the UK must maintain its position as a pre-eminent global financial centre. This panel discussion will examine how regulatory changes can support markets and encourage competition to, ultimately, bring better outcomes for consumers and companies.
