This panel will launch and discuss the findings of a new report, ‘A Northern Big Bang: Unleashing Investment in the North’, written by the Rt Hon Jake Berry MP and Nick King, which sets out a radical agenda to make the North a destination for UK and global capital and investment. The panel will explore the challenges and opportunities for the Government to fulfil its levelling up agenda – and the political necessity of doing so.
