Allister Heath is the Editor of the Sunday Telegraph, having previously been the editor of City A.M. and the deputy Editor of the Daily Telegraph. He delivered the 2019 Keith Joseph Memorial Lecture, held memory of the Centre for Policy Studies co-founder, on 11 March 2019. Introductions to the event came from Sir Graham Brady MP, Chairman of the 1922 Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Centre for Policy Studies.

Attendees included members of the Joseph family, members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, CPS friends and associates, and other invited guests.

Previous Keith Joseph Memorial Lectures have been delivered by Margaret Thatcher, John Howard, Matt Hancock, and Matt Ridley, among others.
