Robert Colvile, Editor of CapX, wrote a piece following the opening address of the Margaret Thatcher Conference on Security, given by Dr Henry Kissinger, on 27 June 2017.

In his article, Rob argues that Dr Kissinger wasn't so much speaking about Mrs Thatcher as speaking to her.
